KARTNR VERTICAL CARTONER
PRODUCT CARTONING MACHINE
The Kartnr vertical cartoner is designed to form, load and close chip board cartons. Compact, easy to use and produces up to 60 cartons per minute, the Kartnr is available in two models:
Carton Forming
Hand load: The vertical cartoning machine will automatically open and present the carton to the fill zone where a person can hand load its contents. Once loaded, the top lid can either be left opened or automatically tucked or glued shut.
Carton Loading & Carton Closing
Automatic: The Kartnr™ can include an in feed conveyance system to automatically accumulate product and fill into the carton directly, thus eliminating the need for human interaction.

HORIZONTAL CARTONER MACHINE WITH AUTOMATIC INFEED
The Kartnr H-series horizontal cartoning machine with automatic infeed is designed to automatically open, load and close chipboard cartons. The H-series can be configured for either manual or automatic product loading. Commonly used for horizontally inserting bottles, trays and flexible packaging such as blister packs into cartons, this machine is ideally suited for products such as foods, liquids, gels, creams, solids and components.
Along with its convenient product loading station, this reliable machine features a stainless steel frame and compact footprint. An option is available for leaflet dispensing and insertion with detection.
